I`m a landlord & advertised a room in a shared house. I was amazed that I had 3 almost instant phone calls & let the room to a very suitable person. Heard about site from another landlord who said that it was very good. Certainly recommend it to others.

I found the site by mistake..what a great mistake to make! I advertised for a Spanish tutor..and got one within a week!! I am learning all the time from my tutor ...i would recommend this site to anyone!!

I`d seen the website before & considered using it. I placed my car ad just to see how it faired. Would you believe I had a call the very next day and the following day a guy came from Devon and purchased my vehicle. Fantastic!! Definately reccommend it.

I was bowled over by the response I got! I stuck a yellow ENHANCED ad with some photos up for a flat I needed to rent out. Just a quick little ad with 4 photos. 6 interested people in 24hours! WOW! For a fiver! You cant beat that!!!

The response to my advert
The response to my advert on this site has been fantastic - I have found two lodgers who are moving in this weekend! Should I ever need to find tenants again I will without doubt use this site. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

Found the site on Google. Wasn`t having much luck with letting the flat through Estate Agent. Put advert on one day, had a viewing the next (tenant contacted by e-mail and phone)and tenant moving in 2 weeks! Definitely recommend & will use again.
